Meet Sara Beger, owner of LUXE TRF. A 2010 graduate of Goodridge High School and a dedicated women’s health nurse practitioner at Sanford in Thief River Falls, Sara brings both medical expertise and a passion for helping you look and feel your best.

At LUXE TRF, Sara does "Botox" - however it's not the Botox brand. She uses Xeomin and says there are multiple different brands. "This type tends to be a little more natural looking and is more pure," she says. To explain that further, there is a protein coating on all the other brands that people will eventually get resistant to, this one does not have it.
Other services offered at LUXE TRF include filler for lips, cheeks and jaw, a permanent fat loss shot to just specific areas for people who have a low BMI and have trouble spots like back/bra fat, double chin, etc. Sara says it's permanent, but not for full body use. LUXE also carries a medical grade skin care line great for cleansing, moisturizing, skin tightening, etc.
In the next six months to a year, Sara hopes to add chemical peels and laser services to her services.
