Investing in people, building for the future
One of our Northern Neighbor advertisers, Machinewell, doing something we love to see…investing in their team.
Three of their employees recently completed the Leadership Academy through Northland Community & Technical College: Wayne Byklum, Travis Dougherty and Jared Haack.
As Jared put it: “The Leadership Academy was informative, interactive and entertaining. The materials we learned were educational and our instructor presented them in fun and engaging ways. We were able to hear other people’s circumstances with their line of work, and it was interesting to hear how other’s deal with similar situations we have.”
But they’re not stopping there. Their production team is also working on set-up reduction training to streamline operations and improve turnaround times, all with help from Enterprise MN.
